Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024:
Ok, today was a games day, and they were carried out by myself and my family, along with Miguel joining us! The photos that I have are of us in the dining room, and then later my mom stopped by and ended up joining us too! Papa also just told me that he was stacking the dice “just to see how high it would go" in that one photo, also in the dining room!
The picture on the left is from Southdale Mall, where we went to try to get something fixed with my old iPhone.
While we were doing games, we had a couple different snacks, including wild rice soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, and later I had a protein shake and some pretzels.
On Monday, I started a new medication, and so far it seems OK. We're thinking that this medication might help to truly control my cancer, and there aren't any awful side effects yet!
