Yoga with Debi and puzzle with grandma

January 3, 2024

Ok, just got the photos in here and I quite like my new design idea. It works to have a background image and place other ones smaller on top of it. It also allows for more artistic photos in the background, potentially. That didn’t happen today, but the potential is there. Lemme look at today.

This morning, I did my meds at 8:27am with two over easy eggs. With these eggs, I focused a lot more on eating the yolk than finishing all of the whites, since I learned via google that all the fat in eggs comes from their yolks.

Then, I went to yoga with Debi. It’s the first physically active thing I’ve done in a long time. Once when she came up behind me to correct my moves, I just told her, “back surgery,” as a way of explaining why I couldn’t do some stuff. Later on, I was thinking about that interaction, and I came to the conclusion: “it’s not just the back surgery, it also comes from the reason for the back surgery.” I know I thought that because I literally wrote it down in my notes notebook.

After the class, I talked to Debi and also a woman named Diane who was in the class. Debi told me that Diane had asked about me on weeks when I wasn’t there, and I had a nice talk with both of them.

At night, Grandma came over and we worked on the puzzle I’d given Papa for Christmas. It was oddly hard (and pictured here). [also, night meds at 7:37pm with three pieces of cod]
