Yoga with Debi and Interview and Trivia with Alan and Rachel

July 26, 2023: Ok I almost didn’t do this one. Basically yesterday I started off the day with yoga at 10am, where I took a picture with Debi showing my green leggings. Debi was back yesterday. She’d been on vacation in New Jersey. Then, after yoga, I called mom and Papa to ask them for advice about the coming job interview. Came up with a couple questions too. Then I went in for my job interview. It went fantastic. They have definitely offered me the job. They also agreed to pay me $15 an hour so I can work 20 hours a week. I also confirmed that there are people about my age working there. After the interview, the woman who was interviewing me, Blanca, told me that Elianna would contact me with more information and future steps. Then at night I texted a bunch of my friends to see if they’d be willing to come to a trivia with me. It’s a new one that I found on Meetup.com. I was thinking of having Papa drive me so I could have a drink but I decided to just do it totally sober and drive myself. The cool thing was I met a couple that I really liked there. Their names were Alan and Rachel. Honestly I left shortly after they did because I didn’t like the other people at the Meetup that much. Funny enough I also started to teach Alan the game of Canasta. We played like a round of it, though we didn’t keep score or anything. Then I walked out, and I actually ran into them outside, and that’s when I learned they were dating. They said they’d love to meet up some other time for a game night too. Funny enough the team did really well in trivia and might have won, but I didn’t stay to figure that out. I left when the couple I was talking to did.
