Walk with Caroline

Oct. 17, 2022: Today I saw Caroline at night. About time, since she’s been so busy with med school. I did ask her how that was going and she said she was so busy she basically had no time to do anything, and had had midterms or something last week. We also walked around the lake by her house. That got me well over 10,000 steps. Now I’m at 13,055. I admit that I also apologized to her when she was dropping me off for being so negative, and she said that she understands that I’m going through it, “in capital letters” or something. Kinda wish I took notes on this conversation. Gotta bring a Fogo pad next time. We didn’t eat anything, so at home I took my meds early and am gonna eat an hour after. I did tell her that I was better with my meds post accident, and she agreed. Anyways, also today I drove to Mayo and went to two appointments, with Bergquist and Esterov. I’m not totally clear on what they were doctors of, but they were both related to the brain injury. Like everything else in my life. Glad that I drove to Mayo. I didn’t drive back because I was weirdly tired for some reason. Excited for the driver screening tomorrow. I already know what I’m wearing.
