Sunday, March 2nd: Gym and pool

Yesterday, Miguel, having slept over, made me my breakfast of avocado and ham on toast. Then we went into the gym, where we met up with Bernie and Neil for a workout.

Afterwards, Miguel and I visited the hot tub at the JCC. Even though Miguel went with me, I vaguely remember sitting there alone when I first talked to the guy who said his name was Mishelle, in some spelling or other.
