Sunday, Dec. 1: gym with Bernie, Neil and Miguel

December 1st, 2024:

Working out with Bernie and Miguel, plus Neil too!

Well, on this first day of December, the big thing I did is that I brought Miguel into the gym with me, and he was able to use my dad’s PCA card so he doesn't use up too many of my “bring a stranger in with you” passes. Unlike with Papa, Miguel actually followed along with a good amount of Bernie’s exercises along with me. There was another guy there with us too, a man named Neil, who I feel like Bernie might know from being a dentist in some capacity, and who was wearing a neon shirt this Sunday (not the person in the photo).
