Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025: Coffee shop and Miguel’s house

Breakfast was the usual, plus lots of photos at Miguel's house.

Today, the big exciting thing was that I didn’t have a fever or headaches and I was able to be out at several different places before going to Miguel’s house. I basically spent most of the day out, which I haven’t been able to do for a while.

Miguel and I first went to Turtle Bread for lunch. Then we went to a coffee shop in St. Paul before going to his house, which was close to the café. I don’t remember what I had at Turtle Bread or the coffee shop. Miguel also just reminded me that I had a soup at Turtle Bread, too! 

At Miguel’s house, his sister and his sister’s daughter were there and we talked for a while and didn’t even come home to Papa until around 7 or 8 pm.

Saturday was the first day I didn’t feel awful, and was not too sleepy and didn’t have a fever. It was a really good thing and makes me feel like I’m alive again.
