Rotary with Lloyd Campbell and more

Feb. 4, 2023: Well holy fuck Fogo is not going to be what makes me happy. Driving alone is going to make me happy. It already has. Today I gave my big speech to the Rotary group. It went pretty well. I added the section that Papa told me to about looking for another job. I also wrote down that Floyd Rogers told me I helped other people and gave me a picture of an eagle that he’d taken. A woman also talked to me about a job opportunity at Pets Are Inn. Mom said that unfortunately it seemed too much like office work. The woman was named Ann Platt. Thank god I took pictures of my notes because I’ve totally lost the pad I was using. When I went to Fogo, which I don’t have a picture from, I told Matt I gave the Rotary talk. It was then kind of insanely busy. There were like 1049 people. I had my meds at 4pm. Diane also randomly asked me about reducing hours even though she knows nothing about my plans. I also texted Hannah my plan and she said “it’s okay dude welcome to the club of disillusioned twentysomethings looking for work!!!” It helps to think I’m more normal. What Liam said the other day about safety and security and finding something to occupy my time is honestly really important. I just hope I’m allowed to cut my hours in this way. I still feel a bit sick, which is unfortunate. Honestly I don’t know how I’d be feeling about tonight if I hadn’t decided to stay on disability and not want to be a server. I’m randomly at 14,908 even though I didn’t pay attention to steps today at all. Well fuck it staying on disability and having the car at my house is making me happy. I never would have imagined I’d say that.
