Rock of Ages with Joe

March 13, 2023: I actually made plans with Joe today. He’s gonna come over as soon as he showers. So it cancels my plans for tomorrow with him and I’ve already signed up for an Open Door shift today, for tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get gas in my car now. Well let’s talk about what we did today. First thing I did was I forgot my journal and we had to go back to my house to grab it, the little green notebook. It was just on my coffee table. Then we went to the science museum, where we looked at a presentation of birds that were laid out weirdly. I also took my BeReal with him in the car on the way there. He’d never heard of BeReal. I even took pictures of some stuff that we looked at, including some pictures of birds with their wings spread out, and little arrays of beetles. We also did a personality test, and my result was “formidable.” I don’t remember what his was. Then we walked to a place to eat called Moe’s and I had the lamb kofta burger and a malt. I even told him that I always had lamb when I worked at Fogo. Then we went to the mall and played miniature golf. It was at a place called Rock of Ages. We walked up there and he realized that he forgot his wallet in the car, so we had to go back to do it. I told him that it was almost like he had a traumatic brain injury. Well, we did mini golf and it was great. The only thing I remember is that I got the last hole in one hit, randomly. Then we walked around the mall a lot and I got some jalapeño chips with 11g fat to take my night meds. It was Miss Vicki’s jalapeño chips. I took the night meds at 7:06. So yeah that was my big success of the day.
