New Swim Suit at JCC Gym

Updated: Apr 16, 2023

April 7, 2023: I had my morning meds at 5:30am with four slices of cheese for 11g fat. Also posted the second half of the job posting I’m supposed to translate for Open Door on Lang-8. Hopefully someone will correct it for me. Also walked to the grocery store and got oat milk and cranberry juice for about $10. Just wrote that this morning. Now it’s night. What happened today was I did my personal training with Will, then did the hot tub, then went over to Papa’s house to work on my yearbook and get lunch. Funny enough I wasn’t that hungry when I got there, so I didn’t eat for a few hours. When I did eat I was just trying to be careful to eat early enough I could take my meds at a decent time. I last ate at 3:31, so then I had my meds at 5:30 with dinner, which was actually some Indian food that said it was 16g of fat, so I didn’t have all of it. I probably had about 10-13g. Now it’s much later and maybe I’ll grab something else. Not sure though. Lemme look back at my notes now. Well this morning well after I took my meds I also had a bit of Special K red berries. In my training with Will we actually did a bit of stretching too. We used this green strap thing to pull on the leg muscles so they stretch. I also asked him to find out how much I can bench press, just because I bunch of people have asked me when I said I go to the gym. He said we can try that next week. During training, Will also randomly told me I was wearing mismatched socks, which I hadn’t noticed. I just got these socks from Kenzie, and didn’t know they had different brands on them. I also told Will that I hadn’t seen my sister’s girlfriend so I hadn’t asked her if she would be interested in being a trainer, and he told me that he had actually completely forgotten about that comment and that I had a better memory than him. I also after training went to the gym hot tub, where I sent Hannah a picture of my new swim suit that she’d seen the other day. That’s the picture I put in here. I’d wanted to take more pictures in the gym, but I didn’t actually. On my walk out I asked the receptionist Hannah what she did for fun, just since we’ve been talking a lot, and she said that she walked her dog and hung out with family. Her dog I think is named Scout and is a mutt. She told me what her last name was and I didn’t write anything about that interaction down. Started with a C though I know. I also told her that my family had bought a dog that we had thought might be a beagle but turned out to be part Doberman. Then I went straight over to Papa’s house, since I’d brought my computer and hard drive with me to the gym. He told me that for the Easter dinner we’ll have ham and scalloped potatoes, which I only asked because someone had asked me about that the other day. I also got one more check on the translation of the Open Door job posting I was supposed to translate, and I saved it as a Word file and sent it to them. Veronica said, “thanks for sending, have a great weekend.” So good thing I got the translation checks from Interpals and Lang-8. I also told Papa how I ate earlier than him just so I could take my meds a bit earlier. So what I ate was leftover spaghetti and meatballs, last eating at 3:31. Unfortunately Papa was feeling a bit sick, and I joked that that meant that I had to avoid making out with him, which I told him. So we didn’t really eat together or play any card games or anything. What I did was I just worked on my yearbook and sent it to him and he checked it for typos and looked at the cover that Hannah had suggested yesterday. He liked it. The other thing I did at Papa’s was I checked with Liam that I can stay over tomorrow. He said he just got back from the dog person’s house, so I can. Also, I noted the Spanish words that Hannah had told me yesterday, which were mandilón and tijeras. Big apron and scissors. Then I stayed late enough to have my dinner at Papa’s too, which was just Lamb Vindaloo with well under 16g fat. Basically the package told me it was 16g for the whole thing, and I ate like 70% of it. I had my night meds at 5:30. Figured doing it that way is better than taking it with a bit of cheese or a bar I’m not hungry for at home. Oh I just realized that I did my morning and night meds exactly 12 hours apart today, which I wasn’t trying to do but is kind of ideal.
