Nathan and mock trial

Dec. 1, 2022: Well today Nathan had an interview for a part time job at a grocery store. He didn’t get the job. Said that it turned out to be more of a clerk position and would have involved smiling all the time. Funny that that’s literally the situation I’m in at my job, and I don’t mind at all. He’d like to one day be an investment analyst. It all “comes down to controlling epilepsy.” Thank god I don’t have epilepsy. I’ve had seizures, but only for the cancer. His accident was September 13 and he was hit by a car while on a bike. His mother Virginia aka Ginny gave us both kale smoothies. That was good. And later in the night I went to mock trial with papa. I have to admit I’m not insanely interested in mock trial now. But all in all I feel pretty ok now. Whitney even said I seemed happier. And I just called with mom and she said the same thing, and that I should tell Dr. Tonkin. At mock trial I walked over to Mr. Shepard’s room and wrote “Hello —Anya” on the baord. I have a picture of that too. I even checked the title for how to spell Shepard. I also finished the UMN National Annual Report tonight and sent in my hours. So even though I didn’t work today I did actually work today. I’m glad that I was able to do pretty much all the national annual report edits alone. I was going to do a photo with Jodi for the photo of the day but then she was working so we went to Panera and I had broccoli mac and cheese and papa had a salad.
