Mock Trial with Liam

Feb. 26, 2023: Well my day was alright today. At least I drove a lot. First of all I woke up at Liam’s house and just had leftover pizza for breakfast. Then I went home and dropped my stuff off and I also picked Liam up and went to mock trial practice. Turns out that this team is the one going to state. He found it really fun and interesting. I found it alright, not amazing. The photos are just from us playing these interaction games that Liam remembered us playing in high school that came from theater maybe. One of them you just pass these objects around the circle and chant. The other one you look at someone and say some word and then walk towards whoever was looking at you. Well it’s time to look at the notes. I slept on the couch and moved to the bedroom some time in the middle of the night, maybe 3am. I also had cranberry juice and coffee from Liam’s fridge this morning. The coffee was literally in tea bags, like a tea bag of coffee you just put in hot water and it becomes coffee. Had it with oat milk, which he also has. I didn’t charge my watch at all last night, which was fine because I have one in my car and I did go home, where mom also brought me my laundry and pillows. I also got my next week Lunds schedule and realized I could ask time off in the app even though I’m not signed in on the computer yet. So I sorted out a bunch of conflicts. Also requested time off for the cottage, Whitney, and volunteering. This morning I had a bit of the olive pizza because Lily and Liam both hate olives. Not sure why they had it. I’m also feeling like I don’t have to write down everything that happens, like writing down that I put the pizza in extra time in the toaster oven is just stupid. I also picked up my Lexapro and my Ritalin when I stopped by my house after Liam’s. There was some confusion with the insurance for filling those prescriptions, but mom sorted it out. Today in the car I listened to the playlist that Liam made called 4 AKM. He made good choices, I actually do like it quite a bit. It also made me question whether I know my friends’ middle initials. Hannah is C for Christine and Liam is J. Mine’s in my email, so it’s easy to know. Today at mock trial I listened to the Defense Open and Close and the Plaintiff Open, and I also took notes on them and gave them to them. Today Liam also said that my photo of the day project is like me doing journalism again, which kind of explains why I like it so much. I also got my BeReal exactly on time today, it was just a mock trial photo. I’ll include it. I also have a bunch of notes that are just things to tell students in mock trial. I didn’t tell them a lot of it, which is fine because it was kind of insignificant stuff. They also had a bunch of muffins and cookies that I couldn’t eat because of my meds but I had my meds at 4pm so I was able to grab a cupcake and oatmeal raisin cookie at 5pm. I don’t have anything written down from after mock trial, but basically Papa and I just drove to Q Cumbers, a buffet that me and Talia used to go to with Papa a lot when we were little kids.
