Well, it’s almost the next night. Yesterday I volunteered at Methodist in the morning. There was a huge confusion with the numbers they handed out to people. I think they decided that the next week they would use disposable numbers to give to people, and not he playing cards that they had been collecting. I’m not sure how they’re going to run the food shelf next week now, or how using disposable numbers will help them. The other interesting thing I did yesterday was I translated on a call for a Mexican client. The client was only 19 years old, and was supporting no family. I’m not sure how I got on the email list for the Advocates for Human Rights in North Dakota, but I responded to an email and that’s how I ended up translating for this one in the first place. Afterwards, I had a Spanish class yesterday. It was Spanish 5, which is the first time that class was offered. It was taught by the same woman who I had before, Atala. She’s from Guatemala. I did my meds before the class because it went to like 9pm. I took the medication with two pieces of cod. In case it wasn’t obvious, I didn’t do this yesterday because I’m feeling so low.
