Liam, Cas and Ben Petty

Nov. 25, 2022: Tonight I had an amazing night. I even texted Liam that he was responsible for two of my happiest nights post accident. Also good to meet up with Ben. His brain injury was less bad than mine but it still happened. I also learned that Cas was the one who left for me to go to Nova in 7th grade. I even asked if he left a week into the school year, and he did, because that was when I came. Ben said that he didn’t lose his license but “may as well have lost my license.” Not sure what that means. We also talked about antidepressants and he said to give it 6 months on the antidepressant. Looking at my notes, Liam also said my voice had gotten deeper. That’s the first time I’d heard that. We also talked a bit about teachers first names. Ben is now 4 years out from his injury, and he said that he definitely thought he’d never be happy again.
