JCC again

August 4, 2022: This photo was at the JCC. It wasn’t a great day honestly, I just did Sabathani and went to the gym. Other days in the week were actually good though. I took this photo not for photo of the day but because I was trying to note that I did the leg press at 90lb. I also did the whole exercise sheet from Amy doing the higher number of reps and sets when there was any ambiguity. Like if she said 2-3 sets then I did 3. I also did the whole workout sheet that mom had given me before. I might have done it twice or maybe just once, not quite sure. I also went to the hot tub and swam a few laps in the pool, 5 I think.
