Hostessing

August 8, 2022: I took other photos at Fogo today but this is the one I chose. It’s of the two other hostesses folding napkins in the back. Ameri and Barcot I think. I’ll check Ameri might be Amari. I remember Barcot because it sounds like Bar-Cot. They’re cousins and they were speaking Amharic to each other the whole time. I obviously don’t speak Amharic. It’s not Spanish. I think this is a good photo of the day because it’s behind the scenes and captures my life as a hostess. My next birthday will definitely be better, mainly because it couldn’t possibly be worse and I’ll also be working at Fogo.
