March 30, 2023: Well today was a pretty good day. To start off with I woke up at 3:08 and 4:30 and went back to sleep both times. Then I woke up and took my meds at 6:31 with one of Jodi’s buddha bars I think, thought I didn’t write down the exact way I got to 10g of fat. Then I waited an hour and actually went over to Papa’s to have my real breakfast. There I had over easy eggs, which I made, and hash browns. Talia also suggested to me that Kenzie had said that I might like the band 100 Gecs for me to listen to. I already tried it and I like it a fair amount. Then I went home and did my Whitney appointment, and she had some good things to say. I even told her about the grief idea that Jessica had. Then I got went to the gym to do my personal training. I hadn’t brought my meds with me but I grabbed one from the car where I save extras and took that during my training actually. I actually stopped the training and ran to take the meds and have a buddha bar at 3:40. Will also asked me to buy some more training sessions at the front when I left. I also asked him what we had talked about and he said that I had said I went on a date with a guy who was really into cars, was scared of dogs as a kid, that I hadn’t heard from Lunds yet, and couldn’t hang out with my sister and her girlfriend yesterday. Will also told me that even though I stopped to take my meds I ended training two minutes early, having gotten everything done. After training I asked Hannah if she thought I had enough time to swim, and she told me to go for it. So I did a bit and then showered, and then bought four more training sessions with Will at the front desk when I was leaving like he had asked me to. Then I went home and grabbed my computer and went straight to Hannah’s, getting there at about 5:30. When I was there with Hannah right away we talked a lot about the theoretical job search. She suggested the airport idea again, and also said maybe I could look into the emergency service thing again, that I was interested in for a while. She said it might involve doing a tiny bit more school, but could be interesting, and God knows I have a good reason to get into it. She also said about the airport idea that Heidi had started at Sun Country as a ticket agent, checking people in and taking their bags. Then a bit later Ruby actually called and decided to come by too. When Ruby was there I learned that she and her boyfriend just broke up, and I asked what was happening with their shared house. Turns out the Ruby is actually moving in with two of her sisters eventually. Hannah and Ruby also shared two cans of the Moon Man pale ale, and I had just a couple sips. I also managed to show Hannah the whole yearbook that I’d worked on so far. She didn’t have as many random contributions as I might have expected, but it was still really good. Ruby also threw in a few tiny things like the fact that she said one of my physical therapists at HCMC had a positive attitude and he seemed really good. That’s the one that I have a picture of her sitting next to, and she doesn’t remember his name either. Oh and we also played a bunch of three person Canasta together, which I’d never done before. In three person Canasta the person who picks up the pile first is then placed against the other two and the other two combine their scores together. Ah well, I ended up losing but it didn’t destroy my night at all. I had a good time talking with Hannah and Ruby and I even asked them about finding a roommate, a boyfriend, and a job, which are my three main priorities. We all agreed the job should come first.
