Fogo with Trevor and Willow

Nov. 29, 2022: Well tonight I had a pretty good night. I was the only hostess again, so I guess Aliera didn’t show up. I planned everything and dealt with Fernando and it all. I also asked Trevor to take a photo, since there were no hostesses to be in my pic. Later he said that he was flattered to be asked. At the end when I was eating Trevor and Willow were folding napkins or something in the back so I talked to them a lot. They both came to Fogo after I had gotten run over before. Lemme look at my notes. There were like 143 reservations tonight, and 55 of them were in one party. So it was definitely doable alone. Suheily commented on me doing it alone too. One confusing thing that happened during the night is that two Doordash orders both for Sehet came at the same time. We think he might just have ordered two of the same order. Oh well, I sent them on their way. I also was able to take a photo for one guest, and then she tipped me 5$. I didn’t even tell her I was also a professional photographer, which sometimes I do when customers ask me to take their photos. I also wrote down that when I hit 10k steps I was seating a member of the Jenssen Biotech company, the 55 person reservation in Brazil. I did also manage to say a nice thing to a customer. I said nice pants and he said they had silhouettes of Bigfoot on them. We talked quite a bit, joked about him having today be his day off and I said this isn’t my day off, obviously. He thought all that was funny and even asked for my number. We also closed at 8:30 today, and I told Jorge and Suheily and the other gaucho Jorge. There’s two Jorge’s. One is a CSR and one is a gaucho. Interesting night tonight, and I had a lot to write. Didn’t write down everything from my conversation with Travis and Willow though. Also gonna note that I clocked in at 7,438 steps and out at 12,487. I’m at 12,900 now. Considered getting to 13k but decided not to because wore the watch around apartment and it didn’t count.
