Fogo with Trevor and Brandi

Dec. 26, 2022: Holy shit tonight was insane. I was the only hostess all night and there were 300 reservations. Fernando thought there would be four of us, but two of the people on his schedule, Kaolee and Htee, don’t work here anymore. I knew Liana wouldn’t show up too. Tonight Willow had me give a bunch of breads to section 1, and I took my meds at 6:20. I also walked in with hardly any steps, just like 1,000 pretty much. And when I clocked out I was at 14,000. That’s what comes from being the only one. I was considering taking a photo with Fernando for my photo of the day. He hasn’t been in one yet. I have El and Matt both. I told Trevor that I was considering that and he said that Fernando was in the office busy yelling at someone. Tonight Aliera came in and used her free meals, as did Amy. I sat Aliera in Gaucho at a 2 top. God I didn’t feel like I did amazing tonight, but Fernando said I did really well. I also talked to the busser Carlito a bit. I told him my hair was white because of a medication and thanked him for doing his job tonight. That was really hella useful. I desperately needed a bunch of tables to be bussed and set. Also Brandi’s back hurt and she apologized for “sucking,” aka not being able to buss tables. I didn’t notice that but I’m just mentioning it because she’s in my photo. I'm ending tonight at 15,067 steps.
