Fogo with Travis

Sept. 1, 2022: Today I took my photo of the day with Travis. You can also see my tattoo on the right, which I also showed to him. I had an ok day. Today Matt wasn’t in, Nikki told me. And she didn’t know why. Fernando did come in with family to eat though, and they had most of Gaucho room. I did get the chance to tell El that I couldn’t work more than 18 hours a week, which is what I had wanted to tell Matt. He’ll be in tomorrow, at least. Maybe I’ll stay a bit later tomorrow.

Today I worked with Amarti, Maritza and Paulina. Paulina left early though. And Diane and Grey were supposed to be there but they had called in in the morning. Kind of confusing because Maritza isn’t on the schedule yet. I also learned that Amarti goes to Metro State, and Maritza goes to Brooklyn Park. I didn’t know that was a school. There were about 150 reservations tonight. Let’s see... what else. I took two trays from Grayson and one from Giselle. None of them were super heavy but I’m just glad I did at all. I also learned that the Gaucha who I think is El’s sister is named Elizetay, or something like that. I have no idea how she spells it. I told her it sounded like Eliseu.
