Fogo with Takeila and Ariel

Jan. 14, 2023: Well today I totally failed to take a picture of the best thing that happened to me. It was actually that I was able to help the servers a bit, even unofficially. I even greeted a table or two, and took some drink orders and passed it off to the server. Well basically today didn’t start great. It got better though. I really do think serving officially is going to make me happy. One cool thing was that there was a new hostess, Takeila, and I trained her a bit. Basically just explained how everything worked. I also learned the lead hostesses are paid 18 an hour, not 16. I went on break with Takeila and Ariel and Ariel said she maybe would want to be a busser. I also made one serving mistake, I was helping Maggie get waters for a table and dropped one over the table. Not on anyone, but still it pissed me off. I had my meds at 4:36 too. Chelsea was on phones. I did also get waters and breads for Stephanie in Amazon. I also got waters and coke for Geo’s table in Brazil, and water and bread for Pedro’s table too. I also definitely greeted Table 62 in Brazil and communicated the drink orders to Amy, which was two limeades. Also greeted for Maggie tonight too. Funny enough a customer called me beautiful as they were walking out tonight, around 10:30. I also asked Fernando if he would let me help serve tomorrow. We’ll see. I really hope so. Well at the end of the night I had some lamb from a gaucho whose name I didn’t get and some stuff from market table, including smoked salmon, beets with orange, salami. That’s why I don’t bother to write down what I eat from market table, so jumbled and there’s too much. I clocked in at 583 steps and now I'm at 28,685. Got a few tonight. Mostly because I was running around and helping the servers a bit.
