Fogo with Stella

Oct. 15, 2022: This is yet another Fogo photo. I decided to take my meds early tonight, at 9:25, so I can eat an hour after. Let’s see what happened at Fogo today...

The bad thing was that I told Matt I had to leave at 3 for a hair appointment and he told me to not make appointments on days I had to work. That no job ever let you just decide when you worked and didn’t. I apologized, but it happened. I think I might be over on hours this month. It’s too bad I couldn’t stay late today because if I’m already over then I don’t give a shit about going more over.

Let’s look at my notes... well today I had some of Stella’s dirty chai. Also Brenda bought me a breakfast burrito, so I wasn’t hungry at the end of my shift at all. I thought she was gonna split the burrito but then she gave me the entire thing. I guess she’d bought herself a different one. I took one light tray with a glass cup from Suheily.

I also learned that Genesis works at Venture Academy in Southside. Genesis is also from New York and Dominican, and had a car accident recently and so she doesn’t drive. Speaking of driving, Diane is hoping to get her permit soon. Today there were 132 reservations in the morning and 630 for the night I wasn’t working tonight.

After Fogo I went over to mom’s new apartment and we worked on my blog and emailed Megan and went to the gym and hot tub. We were thinking that if I’m already over on hours it’s fine to get paid by the U because it doesn’t matter how much I go over. Maybe because I’m “supported” in my employment I can go over. Mom told me I should do photos of other things, not just Fogo, because I have a lot of those. Maybe I will, but not today.
