Fogo with Sheldon and Chris

I asked Mattheas the Fogo beers today because I’m making a google docs folder with Fogo notes to help my memory. Not in yet, gonna meet with Ubah. Also realized I didn’t finish the UMN document soon enough. Megan is gonna send it to someone else this time. I told her next time I’d work on it sooner. Finished meeting with Ubah and am gonna go to the gym. Got new phone case too. Well as far as my photos I took a picture with Sheldon for the first time. He said that I had told him about my photo of the day project before, this is my first photo with him in it though. He said that his hand was kind of fucked up in the photo but it might be cuter that way. I also took a BeReal with Chris, who used to be a host when I first started working, with Isidro and all. Chris said he still talks to Isidro, who was also the first person I ever saw at Fogo. Now Chris is working as a butcher and wants to be a gaucho. Tonight was super fucking boring. There were only 110 reservations and I was the only hostess. I learned that Olivia Arco is going in tomorrow, and messaged her about it just because I saw her name on the reservation list. I’m not gonna be in tomorrow though because I’m seeing Hannah and Liam. Today I also got the Baja bowl at Panera after the gym, and the strawberry lemon mint charged lemonade. I also clocked in at 4:10 because there was a phone call to answer. I also sat another WazWaz party, and told them that I had seen Cheese the other day. She said that Cheese was her cousin. Also tonight Jai Bierman the busser came in and sat with his sisters and mother. I also kind of greeted one table, The table was Table 7 and I told the server Rubi that they’d been kind of greeted. Then Fernando told me to let the actual servers greet, so I didn’t do it anymore. He said, “your time will come.” I also talked to Jai’s sisters a bit and told them about the accident and how I used to be a server. I also talked to Suheily about what she said yesterday about me seeming to lack self awareness because of the accident. She said that I need to just use hand signals more to communicate, not talk to servers in front of guests. She did also tell me though that she really wants me to be a server again. There’s also 281 reservations for Friday night, the next time I’m working. It was really slow though. We didn’t even seat Captains table the whole night. Also a girl who had been a hostess there like a year ago came in and talked to Fernando a bit, Michelle. Giselle also helped me get the list of the beers to memorize. I told her how I’d heard Salima say them before and I wanted to memorize them. At the end of the night I ate with Geo, Leo and Kevin. It was after the market table was down so I just ate smoked salmon and other salads from the market table. It’s in the front of my BeReal with Chris. I told Kevin I like getting off when the market table is down so I can eat from it. We closed at 9 because it was so slow. I’m ending at 13,002 steps after I walked in my house.
