Fogo with Nikki and Brenda

Sept. 13, 2022: Well today at Fogo, Diane didn’t come in for her night shift or her morning shift, so it was just me and Brenda, and Nikki helped out. Suheily gave me a fairly heavy tray with plates on it, and El even saw me carry it, asked if I was doing ok. I said that I miss carrying trays. I’m glad I wrote that down, because it’s important to me and I wouldn’t have been able to confirm exactly what I said otherwise. I talked to Brenda quite a bit, and told her about Kevin and she told me about Izzy. There was a girl who was picking up some keys from the kitchen guy Ray, and I learned who he was.

Brenda does want to be a server too at some point, and she said that driving there there is a discount for Fogo employees. Travis said that too, and that there’s event parking sometimes for $10. Tonight I did forget the guy who had the Led Zepplin shirt I went to look for a table and then forgot why he was standing up there. He said we’d already talked. I did seat him anyways, so no disaster there. I also bussed one table of glasses, just so we could seat there.

Tonight I thought I lost one of my important chapsticks the whole night but it ended up being right under the table legs by the host stand. It was a good night.
