Fogo with Lea, Ava, Brenda

Nov. 14, 2022: Well today I thought it would be Fernando managing since it was a Monday, but Matt was there. Fernando was on vacation in Brazil. Today I got like 9,500 even before we opened at 5. When I clocked out I was at 14,992. Got to 15k just getting my food. Today we had one 10 person reservation and one 20, and then the 10 turned out to be 20 too because they said it was actually 10 adults and 10 kids. I’m glad I asked them about it, because otherwise we’d have had nowhere to put them. Tonight Ava was cut around 6:50. Honestly it was pretty slow for most of the night, and I kind of questioned whether I even should have picked up the shift. Matt did have me close though, so that was good. I also learned that Matt said he hates most of the Fogo music, except one song. I also learned that Matt loves TikTacs, because I had a bunch of orange ones from Sabathani and gave some out. Also speaking of Sabathani, Matt asked me how old you have to be to volunteer there because he’s looking for something for his daughter. Today there ended up being like 145 reservations, and I took a light tray from Sophia, who I almost confused with Brooke. I also took two customer’s photos, one of whom I told that I was a photographer actually. Glad I did that, though that’s not the first time. When I finally left it was after 9 because we were waiting for the last reservation to come. I had lamb from Christian and polenta, banana, rice. I was able to eat because I’d taken my meds at 5:07 tonight. I set the alarm for 5 but got a little busy.
