Fogo with Joel

Jan. 29, 2023: Today I took a photo with Joel who I had a good conversation with. Earlier I accidentally called him Ash and we laughed about that. He also is the one with the Minnesota tattooed on his neck, which I wrote down. I also told him that I used to serve here and that the guy who ran me over only got 42 days in jail. Honestly I don’t really have good notes for today. Not even sure what happened. I can’t find my notes at all, and I only took a picture of two pages of them. In the morning I had to hostess. All I wrote down was that Matt told me I used to be the best server. He also talked to me about me saying I might want to leave. Honestly I’m still considering that. I’m really not sure what I think. I’m not sure what would be better. Pedro also came in tonight, and he sat in Row 1 with like three other people including maybe his baby’s mother. Today I also told Lea that I had thought about quitting. Today I also asked a table or two for reviews, though one of them didn’t even take the receipt paper where I wrote my name down. That’s kinda a metaphor for how I feel about today. Kinda not great just beause of the brain injury, which is also the reason I’m not allowed to serve yet.
