Fogo with Israel, Diane, Macie, Genesis and Stella

Oct. 28, 2022: Well today I had a very busy day at Fogo. I worked a double, and my first Saturday night since Matt had not let me for a while. I admit I wasn’t in a great mood all day. Well to start with in the morning I worked with Stella and Macie. I actually lost my notes from the morning, but I have a photo of part of them. There were 150 or 160 reservations for the morning, and 880 for the dinner I was working. In the photo, back is Genesis. I did confirm with her that Matt had told her she’d be a server in a week. She said it was because she had experience and I was like fuck I have experience too. Here. Then I said that the reason this was happening was because I had a traumatic brain injury. She said something like yeah I don’t have one of those. Honestly I was in a bad mood most of the day because of the traumatic brain injury. I even told that to mom. I was hoping that today would be another amazing day, but I guess it wasn’t. I worked about 10 hours today. 1:27 before break and 9:04 after. I also picked up Stella’s morning shift tomorrow, so I’m coming in half an hour earlier. I carried a bunch of trays today, and didn’t write them all down. Some from Pedro and Salima. I didn’t write quite everything down tonight, and it doesn’t really matter. Kyle also came in tonight. Said he wasn’t expecting to see me there. El, Matt and Fernando were all there at one point, though Matt went home. At the end of the night I confirmed that I’m in at 10:30 tomorrow for Stella.
