Fogo with Israel

Oct. 28, 2022: Well tonight Israel actually remembered the photo of the day, and asked me if I’d taken it yet. I’m just waiting to do my meds now. Gonna be at 11:19. Tonight was an ok night. I did tell Matt and El that I could work whatever unlimited, and Matt said that now is the time they need me too. i called it fantastic news and Matt said that it’s very good news. Let me look at my notes now. Tonight was Aliera, Sese, Brenda, Leah, Diane, Israel and Genesis. I kind of had a hard time telling Sese and Aliera apart. I learned that the guy I’d been talking to earlier was Trevor, not Terrance. I’ll try to remember his name now. He’s the one that I told that I had been a server. Trevor also had gotten his ears pierced today and said that it made him late to work. I asked Joel’s name again, and he said he’d gotten a haircut. I also had an interesting interaction with a customer, who said congrats for recovering and being here. His name was Joseph Basque an said that his son was a police officer. I’m not sure how that has anything to do with knowing my situation. I didn’t ask how he knew about me. I carried a couple trays tonight, including one of glasses from Maggie, and a very light one from Greyson. There were 494 reservations tonight, so not insanely busy for a Friday. There were a lot of hostesses though. Hannah didn’t come in and actually texted me about it, but we didn’t need more people. Maybe I’ll tell her that. I just did. At the end of the night I had lamb from Izzy. I actually should have known his name. As soon as I asked I realized I knew of him. I also had bread and rice, and I ate the lamb with Tabasco. Also the girl in red in this photo is the new girl Leah, the one who’s Brenda’s friend. Apparently they rode to work together. Ending at 15,070.
