Fogo with Gray

August 27, 2022: Well, my life is significantly better now that I’m at Fogo again. I’ll definitely be more happy once I’m a server and off disability but I’m decently happy now. For some reason I thought Gray’s name was Morgan tonight. Someone called and asked if Gray was still there, and I told Gray that Gray wasn’t there. That was a mistake.

Let’s see, what else... I carried a tray from Lars and also maybe Amy tonight. I remembered Lars’ name but I’m not sure it was Amy. It was a light tray from Lars, not like that heavy one I carried from Hasna the other day. Today I worked with Brenda, Maritza, Stella, Diane, Israel and Ava. I think Israel’s name on Hot Schedules is Elyssa.

Other mistakes... I sat one table without napkins. Horrible mistake, I should definitely be fired. God no, it was just normal. I don’t even think other people would notice that as a mistake. I talked to Suheily and Brandy about how much servers make, and Suheily thinks they definitely make $2,500 a month. Matt also said that they can make $2,500 a paycheck. Nice to hear, I probably won’t get off disability until I’m a server. Oh well, but it’s a good goal.
