Fogo with Genesis, Stella, Diane, Asani

Nov. 5, 2022: Well tonight was kind of crazy. I worked with a fuck ton of people, including Lea, Macie, Stella, Brenda, Israel, Yaya, Asani. Also Genesis and Diane or Stella both remembered my photo of the day and asked to take a photo. This morning there were 182 reservations. There were 952 for the night, but I remember it getting up to 1,002. Today Brooke told me Fernando was in Brazil, but he was actually there tonight. All the managers were there. I also wrote down that in the morning I told Matt I had been a catering supervisor at Valleyfair, because I was wearing my Valleyfair jacket when I came in. I did actually tell some customers that I was a photographer when they asked me to take their photo, which I’d been wanting to do. Tonight was very busy. We even sat a four at captains table at one point. I didn’t write down all the trays I carried. I carried a lot. Bussed a bunch of tables too. I did write down that I took one tray from Amy and a heavy one from Maggie, and a medium one from Pedro. There’s a lot more though. I had a fairly good night tonight. Hope tomorrow is good too. I think tomorrow is the day that Genesis will start training as a server. I won’t :( I also wrote down that tonight Sese had a bow in her hair and Aliera had a bun, because I can’t tell them apart. Also one of the managers said, “you wanna take the glasses or what,” when I was bussing a table. So they definitely saw me carry trays. I did drop one wine glass, that had to be swept up. Finding the dust pan was hard. Probably my biggest mistake of the night, and now i can’t say I never dropped anything when bussing tables. Tonight the number I’ll remember is 18,668, since that’s what I was at when I went inside. Or maybe 18,900, since that’s what I’m at now.
