Fogo with Diego B.

Dec. 4, 2022: Well today something really cool happened. A guy who I knew from Valleyfair came in with his wife and their kids. I didn’t even work with him he just knew Stefy. I definitely did see him there though. Then he said that years ago when I was going to Ecuador I ran into him in the airport, which I do not remember at all. Let’s see, what else about Fogo.... I had hot coffee this morning, not iced. I talked to Brooke while I was waiting for the Yuchen order. That was a good conversation. There were about 130 reservations for the morning, not crazy busy but kind of. The guy at Table 52 told me he liked my braids. I couldn’t think of anything to compliment him on though. I only know the table number because I asked Brooke. In Brazil. David Bastidas and his kids were also in an Ecuador sweater, which I asked about. I talked to Brandi and Stella on break, and I told Brandi that talking to her the other day made my day, which was true. Also I literally thought about Diego Bastidas when I saw the reservation name there, and then after he came in I literally looked at him on Facebook to check it was him. When I approached him I just showed him his Facebook and said, “is this you.” It was. Liana was there today too, the new girl. God I wish Natalie was still there. I’m also ending at 11,000 steps.
