Fogo with Brenda and Olivia

Oct. 13, 2022: Well tonight I thought I was going to work with Brenda and Olivia but then Olivia got cut hella early and I just worked with Brenda and Amerti all night. This is a photo with Olivia right before she was cut, around 5:11 pm. Tonight I also thought Genesis would be there but she wasn’t.

Matt asked me how I was doing and I said ok or fine, I don’t remember, and he said that I didn’t sound convincing. Then I said that I was good because I was here. Glad I got the chance to say that. At the beginning of the night there were 157 reservations, so kind of slow, and it said 162 at the top of the screen.

A girl who I’d sat at Table 10 said that I smelled good, around the beginning of the night. I said it was Justin Beiber perfume, which is the perfume I always wear to Fogo. I also gave the server Emily a hair tie when she asked. She was fairly short. The liquor girl in the red dress was named Sam, which I remembered, and she said that a shot of liquor 43 is $11. David asked me if it was busy tonight, and I said it was not really busy.

I did speak Spanish to Jorge, when I sat Spanish speakers in his section, I just said, “hablan español.” Tonight I took reservations and took a kind of heavy tray from Hasna in Brazil. I also took a tray with glasses from the table when Jorge put them down to serve. I left at 8:10, bringing my hours for the week to 24:44. Might be a bit high but I think I’ll be fine. At the end of the night I got lamb from Oscar and bottom sirloin from David, which I remembered. I also had spinach palmito dip, which I took a picture of.

This is an addition. I also talked to Matt a bit about how I was doing, and he said I was doing well and we could work up to me working busy nights again. I didn’t ask about serving though. I can’t decide if I regret that.
