Fogo with Amerti

Sept. 14, 2022: Today at Fogo I worked with Amerti and Israel and Ava. I left earliest. Fernando was managing. I’m trying to remember what I thought was interesting today... well Andrew was promoted to CSR. It’s funny I definitely would have expected him more than Connor to be CSR. I don’t know why it was later than Connor. Well this is a selfie that I saved from my BeReal post.

I’ll look at the notes now.... I started the night with about 7,000 steps, and ended with 14,442. I did walk a little bit extra at the end just to get to 14k. I also popped into Fhima’s and asked if Tanner worked there. The person said that he did but that he was on vacation, not working at least, this week. I said that I used to work with him at Fogo. Glad I did that.

Tonight I took one tray of plates from Grayson but then Nelly took it from me. Later Nelly did give me a very light tray with one plate. Tonight I sent one guest a message two minutes early. Not a problem. About 10k steps. I was seating one party of 2. I turned away one three top that came in without reservations. I remembered the Jasmine party sitting in Row 5 when more people came to join.

As far as mistakes, Ava asked me to back up from crowding her two or three times. I also drove to and from Fogo tonight. Papa thinks I missed an exit but I really think I didn’t.
