12.25.24: Another Christmas celebration with my family

Well, for the 25th, we sat around with some family members, including my dad and Talia, and we went around and opened some of our presents from each other. I know I definitely got a large scarf from Jodi, which Miguel is holding for its photo in the top left picture here.

For Christmas, I got Miguel a bracelet with my initial of an A on it, and a book of poetry by Pablo Neruda in both Spanish and English.

In the picture on the right, Pap a is holding a coconut with a straw sticking out of it. He got that as a gift from Jodi, for reasons that are not clear to many people.

For the last couple of days, I’ve been really sleeping well, and ended up taking some naps on Christmas.
