Coffee shop after Yoga with Jordan

Didn’t do a great job on photos today. I’ve just got one of the yoga room while Jordan was directing the class. Afterwards, I worked out a bit more with Bernie, and also confirmed we’ll work out together again on Sunday. 

And this is all I wrote for the 16th, now it's the 18th. I got these photos in there too, so I just screenshotted it and put it in. I've just been too depressed to do these. On the 16th,. what I did was after I worked out with Bernie I went home and went to a coffee shop called Sovereign Grounds. I don't have anything for the 17th but I'll try to get something for today.
