10.21.24: At Mayo, then Spanish meetup

First things first, we went down to Mayo, where I had a blood test, and an appointment with a palliative care doctor to help manage symptoms and side effects of medications. The photo on the on the far left is of papa at Mayo, possibly in the cafeteria down there. 

At night, Miguel and I went to the Spanish meet up --> I haven’t gone in months so it was great to check in with some of the people there again, like Francisco!
