06.06.24: Leanne with Papa, plus meds and screenshots

Alright, a month ago my sister arrived to Florida with me and I loved it! THIS month, My speech therapist Leanne asked if she’d be able to speak with my sister as well, and I asked Talia, and she said yes, but we couldn’t do it yesterday because she was going to a different event. SO, INSTEAD I bought my dad in, and Leanne had a decently productive conversation with him! We also decided that some of my speech therapy goals would be to 1) Let others know that am thinking of a response, when I pause to answer in a conversation, 2) Take other people’s perspectives more often, 3) interrupt less, and 4) have my facial expressions match how I am actually feeling. Honestly, writing this goals out now, on the 7th, actually helped me a little bit too! I also will need to work on staying on topic in conversation a bit. Anyways, today I went to the gym with Miguel in the morning.... tbh I’m kinda blowing through my free guest passes, and today he actually paid $12.50 for an additional guest pass to the gym. We were planning on doing the same thing as yesterday and taking a long swim session afterwards, where I try to prepare him for the cottage for swimming, but it might be better to do that at his gym anyways because he has a walk-in pool at the YMCA!
