06.08.24: BRUNCH and Xylophone w/Mike and Jodi/Grandma

Looks like last month my phone died so there’s something I “missed” back in May... And now THIS month, I had a WONDERFUL brunch with my extended family! I sat next to Mike, who I had a WONDERFUL conversation with in the past. I forget when the last time I saw him was, so I just texted him and asked him what the last time I’d seen him “before yesterday” was! HE told me that it might have been the “cousin’s picnic at Jodi’s house last year,” on August 19th! I don’t remember that, but I believe him! OH, and I also did a mildly new thing with saving the screenshots of the time I take the MEDS every day. I used my phone to write in a a bright yellow dribbly font over the picture of the food I ate with the meds, which was two eggs with parmesan cheese. OH, and also yesterday, Mike and I popped into the guitar shop, where I bought  BEAUTIFUL hat that says “Gibson,” which I LOVE because the building that I lived in right after the crash was also called the “Gibson,” and I high key hated it there, not because of anything wrong with the place, just because I was in a bad place mentally. It’s funny that Papa kept saying again and again, “maybe you’re just “not recovered enough” to enjoy XXXX, and I believed I ///was///, even though I high key was not, looking back on it. I’m kind of realizing that right now, as i’m writing this on June 9th!
