05.03.24: FINE: Barre with class, meds and workout with Bernie

Can’t believe I forgot to write this one the “day of” because I was quite excited about one photo that I took. It’s the one of me with X [whose name I forget] who I took a photo with after our yoga class. And now I don’t have my notes from this day because it seems like I didn’t bring the notebook #18 with me to Florida. I literally remember having it in my hand this morning and deciding to bring it with me, but it seems like I just didn’t, or if I did, I just can’t find it. The thing that I remember I wanted to add here was that I didn’t take a selfie with the yoga teacher this day, May 3rd , but instead I took a picture with this one woman who my yoga mat was next to in the back of the room. I was able to tell her some personal stuff that I know I wrote down in my green notebook, which I don’t seem to have with me at the moment. I’ve also got a picture of Bernie working out, which I always do with him, and which I actually missed today, on Sunday the 5th, since we were flying to Florida starting at like 4:30am. I do like that I was able to successfully take my Paxil at night this day (the 3rd), because one of my doctors told me to I should just be trying to take that one much more consistently, and that’s the one pill that I’d been forgetting a TON in April. I would just always take my Turalio a bit earlier in the night, maybe around dinner, and then I would fail to set a second alarm to take my nighttime meds too. I also kinda enjoy that that picture of when I took Paxil includes the photo I used to have as my homescreen, that says “creo que encontré un novio mexicano.” Now, I’ve changed it to another photo of him, from yesterday, the day that I met a ton of his family. In the far right photo, I’m also wearing my Temu shirt that Bernie told me he quite liked the other day. I feel like because of his comment, it’s gonna become a favorite shirt of mine.
