05.30.25: Biking at Minnehaha Park & dinner with Kirsten, Ellie and Mom

Friday was a very busy day! For one thing, Miguel, Papa and I went to Minnehaha Park and Miguel and I rode the big two person carriage bikes around. It was really fun and something I had never done before. We aslo took a look at the Falls.

After that, my Mom and I went out to dinner at Pink Ivy in Hopkins with my aunt Kirsten and cousin Ellie. I had the mussels with crostinie for dinner, and a drink I liked a lot called a “Bonbon Latte” with condensed milk, cinammon, coffee, and foam. Kirsten and Ellie are in town for a figure skating competition, and I’m supposed to go see her skate on Sunday.

I have started to have a harder time walking and actually used a wheelchair at the restaurant.
