05.30.24: Therapy, shopping, and meeting Cassie with Miguel too!

WELL today, I woke up in the morning, took my meds at 7:05am with the other half of the avocado I ate half of yesterday (OMG right there I really wanted to write “ayer” for yesterday, since it’s shorter...) I had my meds at 7:05, and then I had a therapy session with Jessica. We talked a lot about my new relationship with Miguel and she also suggested that I create a notebook of things I spent money on. I’m starting that today! She also convinced me to start a journal again.... I literally read Jessica some sections from my last journal (in 2017, when I was talking about Manju...) I’ve already started my next journal, and it’s green just like my notebook of what money I spend! So now I have two green notebooks, and they’ll both be incredibly helpful!!! Jessica also told me it’s too bad that her co-worker Leanne got to meet Miguel and that she hasn’t ever. As far as the money stuff, today I’m just gonna write in my new green money notebook that I spent $2.41 on a cheeseburger for my meds from McDonald’s. Really, I should have done what I planned on and eaten something from Miguel’s house. Guess I wasted $2.41 today by failing to do that! I simply forgot to ask him for something at his house even though he told me before I came over that I could eat something from his house for the meds. Oh and then right after.... we drove over to the Neighborhood House Open House for their new location, which is RIGHT by Nova! There, we took a photo with Cassie, the “director of food support program” I think, which I just learned by reading from her nametag. Miguel literally also asked about how to begin volunteering there as well, which would be awesome, and much better than doing it at Open Door, where I vaguely remember Sean trying to hire him as a volunteer also! It was cool to attend this event and meet many of the people who I often work with there, like Mariana, who is another translator/interpreter. Now it’s the 31st, and I 110% wrote this yesterday and never published! Now, I’m just giving Open Door their “Party for the Pantry” photos, which I was messed up with. I thought I gave them to them, but I didn’t. Mikell told me yesterday, and now I’m uploading them, and skipping yoga to do that! [on may 31st now!]
