05.17.24: Bernie + Wife, Elizabeth for yoga, shirt choice!

May 17, 2024:

OK, it’s just 5 minutes after midnight now, so it’s basically the 17th of May! Today was a day with a lot of gym activity at the beginning.... I was considering skipping my yoga class, but I ended up getting there just like 5-10 minutes late. Afterwards, I went to work out with Bernie, and his wife Cathy/Kathy...(?) I actually jumped out in the middle of that workout to grab my photo with the yoga teacher, Elizabeth, and also Lori V., the mother of one of my two best friends in 7th grade, Rochelle! There was also a lady named Suzy on the far right, who Elizabeth had mentioned the name of in class... I literally told her that I had been wondering who the heck Suzy was when she mentioned her name today in class today. Suzy is Elizabeth’s mom! Learned that today also... though I have no idea if I’m spelling it right. Ok... and to the left of that pic, I have a shot I took with Bernie and his wife! I skipped out of that session a few minutes early too, which when I was home, I actually realized doing that had been quite beneficial, since I hadn’t taken my meds this morning! So instead, I had them at 12:07pm, after I got home, with two slices of leftover pizza, which I remembered have the right fat content. And THEN, my last photo is one taken much later tonight, which says “the shirt for tomorrow” in Spanish, with the emojis for pink shirt and eyes, which are in my far right photo too! And then, I also had my night meds at about 1am, with something that definitely had the right fat count, though I forget exactly what it was! Good on timing though, since I’d had my “morning” meds late as well! [published at 1:25am]
