05-11 → 05-13, 2024: Bracelet fixed! and shopping :)

APRIL 11 — through APRIL 13, 2024

OK, now it’s the 13th and I’ve gotta post for the 12th! It was a day with a lot of traveling. We came back from Florida, and at home I activated my new Wings Debit card. Papa also fixed my bracelet that I’d bought for a bit much money before going to Florida [that seemed to have broken a little bit.] He just tied a bit of wire in it, and it works decently as a bracelet now! Now I’m just running to a 9:10am blood test, which I think is going to determine whether I’ll have chemo this month, on Wednesday! And the photo that I took of my bracelet with the wire in it also shows my beautiful calendar for tracking the times I take my meds. I didn’t do a great job of writing them all down in Florida, but I did go back and figure out a bunch of them one day. I have all the screenshots on my phone at least! And today I popped over to get my blood drawn at 9:10am, and on the way back I was able to stop at Walgreens to buy a foot bandage for Talia, who sprained her ankle or something yesterday I think. I still haven’t finished my tea, and I’m gonna see Jessica for therapy at 11am-12pm. Anyways, now it’s a few days later. It’s the 14th, actually, and I haven’t been posting..... even though I’ve been shooting tons of photos “for this blog.” I’ve kind of summed up entirety of the 11th, 12th and 13th by just taking a photo of my expensive bracelet that’s tied together with wire, and ALSO a picture of the shopping list on the 13th, which I added “Talia foot bandage” to, and then I crossed it off because I successfully went out to buy that bandage right after my morning blood test on the 13th! So yeah, I’ll literally sum up yesterday just by saying that I crossed “Tal foot bandage” off the grocery list, and I also successfully mended my homemade bracelet, of which I took a photo over the meds calendar that has a week marked off with a red arrow line for “FLORIDA” week.  Alright, so this is just SO much a multi-day post. I don’t even know what days I wrote all of the sentences on. I’m hoping this still going to be the point at which I try to go back to actually completing my diary posts successfully every day. I’ll write today’s for today after my Spanish class tonight at 7:35-9pm, and I already have made a plan to get Chimborazo with Miguel tomorrow night!
