05.10.25: Visiting the U and a big family dinner

First thing, we went to U of Minn campus to take Aunt Kaky to see Talia’s special project about student protests.

On the way there, I threw up, unfortunately.

Talia had just taken a final exam for the class and then had to go to work. So we walked across the pedestrian bridge over the Mississippi River. Or rather, I was wheelchaired across it!

For lunch, I had a tiny bit of burrito and then some strawberry cheesecake. I took a short nap, too.

Then, we played more cards.

Then, everyone came over for dinner, including Kaky and Papa and Jodi and Bill. Mom’s friend Kathy also stopped by. Unfortunately, Talia had to work all day, and she wasn’t able to come too, even though Miguel was. We ate Mac and cheese and ham, plus green beans and salad. Plus, I wore the earrings that Miguel had bought me recently, that were inspired  by the TV show Demon Slayer.
