04.10.25: More bloody noses and a quiet day at home

Well, to start with, this day I woke up with crusted blood and mucus under my nose and around my mouth. I took NyQuil at 4:30 am too. Honestly, I’ve been waking up with blood on my face a lot recently... be lucky I’m not showing the “before” version of the photo on the top left... because I woke up with blood all over my face and mouth and on the sweatshirt and of course I snapped a selfie.

For breakfast this Tuesday, I just had avocado and crackers, and I didn’t go in to volunteer either, even though it is a Tuesday, the only day they’re open!

The photos in the middle.... we were just drinking our coffee and tea and I copied Papa by putting it on my head too.

For lunch, I had pita and lebena with chicken noodle soup.

I attended my therapy with Leanne online at 2pm, and then I didn’t end up seeing Whitney, even though it was a Thursday, because I think she was out of town or something.
