04.09.25: Laundry and lots of bloody noses

First things first, I vomited a bit of bile at 3am, and also at 7:45 am 

I had my morning meds at 7:49am, with avocado on toast that Papa had prepared for me!

I had been planning on meeting Bernie at the gym, but I felt too low to do that. Instead, I did the laundry at home, at like 12:30 pm, and I took a shower!!!
