03.29.25: Snow White movie, coffee shop & mall walking

In the mall with Miguel, in the movie Snow White with him, and some coffee that I think I got at Quixotic, since that’s what my photo says.

For breakfast, I had avocado toast, two bacons and tea

Miguel and I went to the Mall of America, walked around and watched Snow White. Tbh I’m not sure what I thought of the movie, but I know Miguel didn’t love it.

For lunch at the mall, I had a Spinach quiche at Caribou, that Miguel said I didn’t finish.

We also stopped by Quixotic I think, or at least I ended up with a photo that says Quixotic Coffee.

For dinner, I had a taco and some rice, beans, and chips and salsa.

I also watched Supernatural with Miguel in the evening. 

Later in evening, I played some cards with Papa, Miguel, and Mom. We played Canasta, and then group solitaire with four people.
