Message to Miguel and a selfie I took with the Feldenkrais teacher Maggie this morning with Papa

Well, breakfast was pancakes, bacon and Ensure.... Now I’m gonna go to the gym. I did that, then I worked out with Bernie at the gym, and directly afterward, I attended this one yoga-adjacent class called Feldenkrais, which Maggie taught. I actually left Bernie a touch early to do that. Papa and Jodi attended the class with me, and I grabbed a selfie with Papa and the teacher, Maggie at the end. 

Telling/showing Miguel how I have to charge my phone now, my dinner last night of pineapple pizza and avocado/Caesar salad, plus a Harry Potter 2 screenshot, since I watched that with Miguel last night.
